BA, DKATI.

Living and working on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the Coast Salish people, including xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I hold a Bachelors of Indigenous Studies and Fine Arts from Nipissing University, and completed my Art Therapy training at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute. I am an active member of Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA).

I work with adults as well as youth, and would be glad to speak with you about how we can create a therapeutic space together that meets your needs. I engage in my work with softness, patience and by offering space for you to show up exactly how you need.

  • Recovery and Sobriety - whether you are a part of the Alcoholics Anonymous circle, are sober for health reasons, are coming into “sober-curiosity” or are starting to think about what a change may look like to you - I will walk this journey with you.

  • As a proud and active part of the LGBTQIAA2S+ community, I feel passionately about working with those who identify as a part of this community as well.

  • Group work to deepen the personal relationship to the self, while also connecting and being witnessed by others.

  • Anxiety and Depression, and meeting you at whatever point you are at in the experience.

  • Getting to know yourself deeper and lighting the fire to become your own ally and your own friend.

  • Mental health and working through a new or existing diagnosis in a new way. Working together to understand a diagnosis and see how it can fit within you.

Actively
