I work with adults as well as youth, and would be glad to speak with you about how we can create a therapeutic space together that meets your needs. I engage in my work with softness, patience and by offering space for you to show up exactly how you need.
Recovery and Sobriety - whether you are a part of the Alcoholics Anonymous circle, are sober for health reasons, are coming into “sober-curiosity” or are starting to think about what a change may look like to you - I will walk this journey with you.
As a proud and active part of the LGBTQIAA2S+ community, I feel passionately about working with those who identify as a part of this community as well.
Group work to deepen the personal relationship to the self, while also connecting and being witnessed by others.
Anxiety and Depression, and meeting you at whatever point you are at in the experience.
Getting to know yourself deeper and lighting the fire to become your own ally and your own friend.
Mental health and working through a new or existing diagnosis in a new way. Working together to understand a diagnosis and see how it can fit within you.

How I work
Inclusively
I want to do this with you, alongside you, no matter where you are at and regardless of what you are bringing with you.
Actively
I believe it is my position to continue learning and being an active participant in my role as an art therapist in this field. Working anti-oppressively and consciously.
Relationally
I work with my clients at the forefront of the therapeutic process, The relationship that we build together helps me to prioritize your needs at the forefront of the therapeutic experience.
